This website, online store, platform, mobile application, community, and related services are operated by All Motor Collection LLC doing business as ALL MOTOR.

These Terms of Service, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of the ALL MOTOR website, online store, platform, mobile applications, community features, garage features, vehicle verification features, events, rewards systems, affiliate systems, marketplace features, products, content, and related services.

These services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

The Services are operated by All Motor Collection LLC doing business as ALL MOTOR, referred to as “ALL MOTOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

1. Early Access and Beta Status

Certain ALL MOTOR features, including app features, community features, XP systems, rewards systems, verification tools, garage systems, groups, events, marketplace features, or other platform tools may be offered as early access, beta, experimental, preview, or testing features.

Beta and early access features may:

• contain bugs
• change frequently
• become unavailable
• lose stored data
• experience outages
• be reset
• be discontinued
• have changing eligibility rules
• have changing XP, reward, or reputation rules

You understand that beta systems are experimental and provided “as is.”

ALL MOTOR may modify, restrict, pause, remove, reset, or discontinue beta features at any time without notice.

1. Community Conduct

ALL MOTOR exists to support genuine automotive enthusiasts, verified garages, real builds, constructive participation, and community trust.

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or dox others
• post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or exploitative content
• promote scams, fraud, deception, or misleading conduct
• upload stolen, unauthorized, infringing, or misleading content
• manipulate engagement, XP, badges, rewards, reputation, votes, reactions, endorsements, or platform systems
• spam comments, posts, messages, groups, events, reports, or feeds
• scrape, reverse engineer, exploit, attack, or interfere with the Services
• use bots, scripts, automation, or artificial activity
• impersonate another user, shop, brand, vehicle owner, event organizer, or business
• submit false verification materials
• submit vehicles or content you do not have the right to submit
• use the platform for unlawful, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or exploitative purposes

ALL MOTOR does not condone or promote:

• illegal street racing
• reckless driving
• street takeovers
• exhibition driving on public roads
• dangerous automotive behavior
• illegal vehicle activity
• unsafe meetups
• evading law enforcement
• encouraging others to violate traffic, safety, or vehicle laws

Content encouraging unsafe, unlawful, or reckless conduct may be removed, restricted, or reported, and accounts may be suspended or terminated.

1. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit, including:

• photos
• videos
• comments
• posts
• stories
• garage information
• vehicle information
• event information
• group content
• marketplace content
• messages or communications you choose to submit
• profile information

By posting, uploading, submitting, or sharing content through the Services, you grant ALL MOTOR a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, sublicensable, transferable license to:

• host
• store
• reproduce
• display
• distribute
• transmit
• modify for formatting or technical purposes
• promote
• create previews or thumbnails
• use in connection with operating, improving, protecting, and promoting the Services

This license is limited to operating, improving, protecting, marketing, and promoting ALL MOTOR and the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own the content you upload or have permission to use it
• your content does not violate any law or third party rights
• your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
• your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• your content does not contain malware, harmful code, or deceptive material
• your content complies with these Terms and our community rules

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, edit for formatting, hide, review, or decline content at our discretion.

1. Vehicle Verification Disclaimer

ALL MOTOR may offer vehicle verification, garage verification, badges, ranks, profile status, account labels, reputation systems, trust indicators, or other verification related features.

Vehicle verification, badges, ranks, profile status, or account labels reflect internal platform review standards only.

Verification does not guarantee:

• legal ownership authenticity
• identity verification
• title status
• lien status
• registration status
• insurance status
• legality
• safety
• roadworthiness
• mechanical condition
• modification quality
• build quality
• transaction legitimacy
• seller credibility
• buyer credibility
• accuracy of user claims

Users interact, meet, communicate, buy, sell, trade, attend events, or transact at their own discretion and risk.

1. Vehicle Verification Materials

Users may be asked or allowed to submit vehicle ownership or verification materials, including photos, documents, notes, or other information intended to help confirm that a user owns, controls, built, maintains, or is legitimately connected to a vehicle.

You should not upload sensitive documents or sensitive personal information unless necessary.

If a document or photo contains sensitive information, you should cover or remove private details where possible before uploading, including:

• home address
• license plate
• VIN
• title number
• registration number
• financial information
• insurance information
• driver license information
• other private or sensitive information

ALL MOTOR may review verification materials for platform purposes, but verification does not create any legal guarantee or warranty.

Verification materials may be accepted, rejected, or reviewed at our discretion.

1. Account Type and Vehicle Purpose

ALL MOTOR may allow or require users to identify an account type or vehicle purpose.

Account types and vehicle purposes may include:

• Personal Enthusiast
• Shop or Builder
• Dealer or Seller
• Personal Build
• Shop Build
• For Sale
• Inventory
• Other

These classifications may affect:

• vehicle verification
• XP eligibility
• reputation eligibility
• rewards eligibility
• platform visibility
• garage status
• moderation review
• marketplace eligibility
• account review
• feature access

ALL MOTOR may review, correct, override, or reclassify account type or vehicle purpose if needed to protect platform integrity, reduce abuse, prevent XP farming, protect rewards, or maintain community trust.

A vehicle may be approved for display but still be ineligible for XP, rewards, badges, reputation benefits, or other progression systems.

1. XP, Reputation, Badges, Rewards, and Eligibility

XP, badges, rankings, levels, reputation, streaks, credits, rewards, unlocks, coupons, perks, and eligibility systems are part of a dynamic participation system intended to encourage meaningful community contribution.

ALL MOTOR reserves the right to:

• rebalance XP values
• modify progression systems
• change XP rules
• change badge rules
• change reputation rules
• change, delay, or remove rewards
• limit participation eligibility
• require manual review
• suppress XP
• correct XP
• reset improperly obtained XP
• revoke badges or rewards
• correct badges or reputation
• limit reward redemptions
• discontinue systems entirely

ALL MOTOR may deny, suppress, correct, revoke, or withhold XP, badges, reputation, rewards, unlocks, or eligibility for reasons including:

• duplicate submissions
• duplicate vehicle identity
• dealer inventory
• resale only activity
• test activity
• admin self actions
• suspicious account behavior
• spam
• artificial engagement
• coordinated manipulation
• duplicate accounts
• fake accounts
• exploitative behavior
• technical errors
• policy violations
• abuse of rewards
• activity that does not qualify under garage reputation rules
• activity that we determine does not reflect genuine participation

Approved vehicles may still be ineligible for XP.

Rewards are not guaranteed and may be subject to:

• eligibility rules
• manual review
• account standing
• verified status
• inventory limits
• monthly limits
• fraud prevention
• abuse prevention
• availability
• shipping limitations
• legal restrictions
• platform changes

Attempts to manipulate progression systems through spam, fake engagement, coordinated abuse, duplicate accounts, exploitative behavior, loopholes, automation, or technical misuse may result in:

• XP resets
• XP suppression
• badge correction
• reputation correction
• reward forfeiture
• feature restrictions
• account suspension
• permanent account termination

Beta systems may be modified, reset, or removed without notice.

1. Garage Streaks and Activity Metrics

ALL MOTOR may offer streaks, active day counts, reputation indicators, or other activity metrics.

These systems are designed to encourage participation, but they may be adjusted, corrected, reset, or modified if we detect abuse, technical errors, duplicate activity, manipulation, or misuse.

ALL MOTOR does not guarantee that any activity metric, streak, or ranking will remain unchanged.

1. Groups, Group Admins, and Group Moderators

ALL MOTOR may offer group features where users can create, join, post, comment, invite members, and participate in discussions.

Groups may be public, private, approval based, or otherwise limited based on platform settings.

Group Admins and Group Moderators may help manage specific groups. These roles are group scoped roles only unless otherwise stated.

Group Admins and Group Moderators are not employees, agents, representatives, or legal operators of ALL MOTOR.

Group Admins and Group Moderators may have tools such as:

• reviewing group activity
• removing posts
• editing or removing group content where permitted
• silencing users within a group
• removing members from a group
• banning users from a group
• reviewing group reports
• escalating issues to ALL MOTOR
• managing group rules or settings where permitted

ALL MOTOR may review, reverse, override, limit, or remove group moderation decisions at any time.

Group Admins and Group Moderators must comply with these Terms and may lose moderation privileges if they misuse their role.

ALL MOTOR may log group moderation actions for safety, integrity, dispute resolution, and accountability.

1. Events and Community Meetups

Events, cruises, meets, track days, shows, gatherings, and community activities listed on ALL MOTOR may be created by users, groups, businesses, or third parties.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ALL MOTOR:

• does not organize events
• does not supervise gatherings
• does not inspect venues
• does not verify participants
• does not verify vehicles
• does not guarantee legality
• does not guarantee safety
• does not provide security
• does not control attendee behavior

Participation in automotive activities carries inherent risk, including:

• vehicle damage
• injury
• death
• property damage
• mechanical failure
• legal consequences
• theft
• unsafe conduct by others

You voluntarily participate at your own risk.

Users are responsible for complying with all laws, venue rules, traffic laws, safety rules, and event requirements.

1. Automotive Advice Disclaimer

Content shared by members is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

ALL MOTOR is not:

• a repair facility
• a tuning company
• a mechanic
• a dealership
• an engineering authority
• a professional automotive advisor
• an inspection service
• a safety authority

Build advice, tuning information, modification discussions, product recommendations, event discussions, marketplace discussions, and community posts are not professional guidance.

You assume full responsibility for actions taken based on community content.

You should consult qualified professionals before making mechanical, electrical, tuning, safety, legal, financial, or purchasing decisions.

1. Swap Meet and Marketplace Disclaimer

Transactions conducted through Swap Meet, marketplace features, group posts, direct messages, comments, or other community areas occur solely between users.

ALL MOTOR:

• is not a buyer or seller
• does not inspect items
• does not guarantee authenticity
• does not verify ownership
• does not guarantee shipment or delivery
• does not process peer to peer payments unless explicitly stated
• does not guarantee condition
• does not guarantee legality
• does not guarantee fitment
• is not responsible for transaction disputes, scams, fraud, damages, or losses

Users are responsible for independently evaluating:

• sellers
• buyers
• parts condition
• vehicle condition
• ownership
• legality
• compatibility
• fitment
• payment methods
• shipping methods
• transaction risk

Transactions are conducted entirely at your own risk.

1. Products and Merchandise

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe products offered through the Services.

Giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, rewards, challenges, and promotions may be governed by separate official rules.

• modify or cancel promotions

• refuse prizes where prohibited by law
• substitute prizes where allowed
• reject abuse or manipulation

No purchase is necessary unless explicitly stated otherwise in the official rules.

• artwork
• designs
• merchandise graphics
• badges
• interface elements
• code
• written content
• platform layouts
• reward names
• icons
• slogans
• trade dress

is owned by ALL MOTOR or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• commercially exploit
• modify
• copy
• scrape
• create derivative works from
• use ALL MOTOR assets in a misleading way

without written permission.

Community content remains owned by its respective creators, subject to the license granted in these Terms.

• remove users from groups

• suspend accounts
• terminate accounts

• review reward decisions

• investigate abuse
• preserve records where necessary

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion.

We are not obligated to provide warnings before enforcement action.

ALL MOTOR may maintain moderation records, enforcement records, admin action logs, group action logs, XP suppression logs, verification logs, reward review records, audit logs, and security records.

These records may be used for:

• platform integrity
• fraud prevention
• abuse investigation
• dispute resolution
• legal compliance
• moderation review
• security
• accountability
• protecting users and the Services

1. Prohibited Technical Conduct

You may not:

• reverse engineer the Services
• scrape the Services
• use unauthorized APIs
• bypass rate limits

• probe or test vulnerabilities without written permission

• upload malware
• attempt unauthorized access

We may restrict, suspend, terminate, or take legal action against users who engage in prohibited technical conduct.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, unsafe conduct, or risk to the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Sections intended to survive termination will remain in effect after termination, including sections related to intellectual property, user content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, marketplace activity, events, moderation records, and governing law.

• your purchases
• your marketplace activity
• your event activity
• your interactions with other users
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of law
• your violation of third party rights
• your misuse of XP, rewards, or platform systems
• your unsafe or unlawful automotive activity

We may also provide notice through email, platform alerts, legal update notices, or other reasonable means where appropriate.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
