Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges as all products are made to order. Once an order is processed, all associated contest entries are instantly and permanently submitted to our third-party administrator and cannot be altered, canceled, or retracted. If an order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us to initiate the exchange process - we will request you to provide photos and details.


Shipping Disclaimer

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after purchase. Shipping estimates shown on our website are approximations only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to order volume, carrier issues, or stock availability. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


Incorrect Addresses

All Motor Collection is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or for packages that are stolen after delivery. If tracking shows a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced.


Return-to-Sender Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out via email. You will have 30 days from that first email to respond.
If we do not hear from you within 30 days, the order will be automatically voided.


International Customers

All Motor Collection does not cover duties, taxes, customs fees, or any additional international shipping charges. By placing an order, you acknowledge that all such fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
